I thought if the meeting went well, the customer would say something like this:
"You're very professional"
"I had a really good time today, thank you"
"I look forward to working with you in the future"
But, I heard none of these... 😲 😲
Last week, a new customer came to visit our facility.
This customer has a really restricted schedule in China and even has to arrange three meetings in one afternoon.
In such a short time and after visiting so many companies, we knew that it would be difficult to stand out from the crowd, so we didn't expect too much.
But the outcome is really surprising.
👉 1. The customer asked to connect with me on WeChat proactively.
👉 2. The customer has taken the initiative to share information with us that they do not share with other companies.
👉 3. The customer directly sent us three RFQs and two of them have become orders in a month.
