Single Row Ball Slewing Bearing

Single Row Ball Slewing Bearing

The Typical and Flexible Choice for the Majority of Industrial Applications

single row ball_edited.jpg

Single row ball slewing bearings are also called four-point contact ball slewing bearings. It's small in size and light in weight. The balls make four points of contact with the circular race, allowing the axial force, radial force, and consequent moment to be born individually or in any combination.

It's the most common type in the slewing bearing industry; nearly 90% of slewing rings in the market are this type. It's a cost-effective design and the most flexible choice for most machinery applications.

They are mainly used for harsh service conditions requiring a high axial load capacity. It is suitable for slewing conveyers, welding arms and positioners, light and medium-duty cranes, excavators, and other engineering machines.

  • Four-point contact, single row ball slewing ring bearing series

  • For light to medium load applications

  • Insensitive to vibrations

  • Available in no-gear, internally geared, and externally geared versions

  • Available in internally flanged and externally flanged versions ( suitable for light application)

  • Available in gears induction hardened versions

  • Available in outer diameters of 200mm-2,800mm. Other sizes are available upon request.

  • Available in different corrosion protection coatings

  • Matching pinions are available for all slewing ring bearings.
